Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If a product is delayed from our end then our team members inform to what’s the reason, but if you tourer again and again to the company and misconduct with any team member in this condition, your product delivery suspend from our end and found you are fraud person use this transition for fraud purpose, Then your product suspends and amount refundable process will not apply due to work from our company side.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days (10-15 Days). Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Morning delivery and Same-Day Delivery are available only to Yamuna Nagar & Jagadhri (Haryana) addresses.

*Delivery attempts happen latest by 11 am for Morning delivery and 6 pm for Same-Day delivery

**Standard Delivery charges are FREE for members if the order value is Rs. 599 or more.

**Orders placed with Standard Delivery will be delivered in 2 or more days after it ships. The Estimated Delivery Date will be displayed to you before placing the order.

The shipping charge will be FREE if you pick up your product on Business Site (JoBuuk).

 Shipment confirmation

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your order number(s).

Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If any extra charges are applicable then team members drop mail for extra delivery charges. if you will not reply of this mail or not pay this amount as per extra delivery charges then also your product not delivered on time. 

 Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
